Hercules Plastics provides accurate and efficient routing services that we are proud to guarantee. Our state of the art Mulican CNC heavy duty router is a 3 axis machine (2500 x 1300 x 150 Height) that works at high speeds and produces outstanding accuracy. This heavy duty machine is perfect for 2D or 3D routing and makes any job achievable, it is even great for O ring grooves. We provide a same day service for small jobs and have a turn around time of one week for larger jobs.

Working with programs like 3D AutoCad , Plate n Sheet and Casmate, drawings can be sent directly to our machine through toolpath which eliminates the need for drawing duplication. Although, if it is not convenient to import pre-generated drawings we are happy to reproduce them for you.
